Treatments

Superficial Radiation Therapy (SRT)
Superficial Radiation Therapy, a low-energy radiotherapy penetrates a short distance below the surface of the skin, is a highly effective, painless, and cosmetically attractive alternative to surgery in selected cancers and patient populations. Surgical Excisions
Surgical excisions for skin cancers; which involve removing the entire tumor with a healthy tissue border, closing the incision with stitches, and sending the tissue to a lab for examination. Patients go home the same day. Stitches are removed 7 to 14 days later.

Moles

Moles are common skin growths, typically appearing as small, dark brown spots or flesh-colored bumps due to clusters of melanocytes, the pigment-forming cells. They vary in color, shape, and size.

Seborrheic Keratosis

Seborrheic keratosis is a benign, wart-like skin growth that is usually brown, black, or tan. These growths can be oval or round with a waxy, rough, or scaly surface. They commonly appear on the face, neck, chest, or back and increase in frequency with age.

Acne

Acne, or acne vulgaris, is a common skin condition where hair follicles are clogged with oil, skin cells, and bacteria, leading to pimples, whiteheads, blackheads, and painful nodules. It often causes redness, scarring, and oily skin. While most prevalent in teenagers and young adults, acne can affect anyone at any age.

Atopic Dermatitis

Atopic dermatitis, or eczema, is a chronic skin condition characterized by inflammation, redness, and irritation. It’s the most common form of eczema.

Rashes

Temporary outbreak of red, bumpy, scaly, or itchy patches of skin, possibly with blisters or welts.

Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a chronic condition characterized by inflamed, scaly skin forming red, raised patches with silvery scales, commonly found on the elbows, knees, scalp, and lower back. These patches appear pink or red on various skin tones, with scales that are white or silvery.

Rosacea

Rosacea is a chronic, non-contagious skin condition that causes facial inflammation.

Actinic Keratosis

Actinic keratosis (AK), also known as solar or senile keratosis, is a common condition characterized by rough, scaly patches or small growths due to long-term UV exposure from the sun or tanning beds.

Warts

Warts are small, non-cancerous growths resulting from viral infections, appearing flesh-colored or slightly varied in shade from surrounding skin. Typically round or oval, they may feature black dots and vary in texture from rough and raised to smooth and flat.
